Back Update

The epidural injection went very well yesterday morning. No problems. Have to wait a few days to see what is up and what kind of impact it will have and for how long.

Now, if I can get my rear moving into more exercise and less unhealthy food choices (But they taste GREAT!) maybe I can get a handle on all this.
