Can I Quote You?

Checking through the file I found a mixed up mixture of quotes for the day. You can apply them to whatever current situation that you like. I have a hunch they will fit.

First, from the late Dead Jerry Garcia a moment of abject sadness:

"Somebody has to do something, and it's just incredibly pathetic that it has to be us.
Francois de La Rochefoucauld, French author & moralist (1613 - 1680), who was old for his day when he realized that:
"Good advice is something a man gives when he is too old to set a bad example."
I am sure that Sir Arthur Eddington, English astrophysicist of the first half of the 20th Century, knew exactly of what he was speaking when he said:
"Not only is the universe stranger than we imagine, it is stranger than we can imagine."
And finally, to make sure we don't become too self-assured, Carl Sagan, scientist and author reminds us of a fact:
"But the fact that some geniuses were laughed at does not imply that all who are laughed at are geniuses. They laughed at Columbus, they laughed at Fulton, they laughed at the Wright brothers. But they also laughed at Bozo the Clown."
