We Were All # 42

Yesterday was Jackie Robinson Day in Major League Baseball. Everyone wore #42. It was 64 years ago that Jackie Robinson and the Dodgers broke the racial barrier in MLB. It was a turning point in our country.

The bravery and vision of Jackie Robinson is legendary. As a nation we should be grateful for what he did as he moved us closer to the ideals we profess to believe.
