Times Changing

Here's another sign of the changing times in the world of music-

Bob Dylan's next album release, a two-disc set that is the 8th in the bootleg CD's series. Tell Tale Signs covers "bootlegs" of the past 20 years. That is not the change. This is, according to NPR's website:

NPR Music will offer a sneak preview of the entire two-disc set as a free stream beginning at 12 a.m. Tuesday, Sep. 30. The album will be officially released in stores and online on Oct. 7.

Meanwhile the RIAA and others insist on the good old ways. Oh well.
