We were in Tampa last week for a wedding. As we walked along we saw this bank sign.
If you can't read it well. it is the Fifth Third Bank.
Don't ask me. I don't even live there.

5th 3rd Banks resulted from a merger, and then the new brain-dead owners couldn't think of a better name!!!??? I'm not sure I'd want those bozos handling my money.
I saw this in Chicago a few weeks ago and was just as confused. A local told me it actually was a merger. More of the story at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fifth_Third_Bank
