Forever in Blue Jeans

They are my favorite pants. Blue Jeans. When I first met my future wife she thought I only owned one pair of pants. I actually owned 3 or 4- all of them Levi's Blue Jeans.

Well, according to Slate.com today marks the 135th anniversary of the granting of a patent to Levi Strauss and Jacob Davis for work pants reinforced with metal rivets.
