This one has both subtle and wild colors.
What a beauty of a day it was.

Wisdom from a Seneca Elder
Life was like water; it flowed on like a river and then entered a great sea and mingled in a vast pool of life.
Old age was like a tree whose branches had been broken by storms and whose trunk had become weather-beaten and decayed.
Good words were like flowers that bloomed and bore seed that lived on after the flowers had withered.
--Seneca archaeologist Arthur Caswell Parker, in his biography of Chief Red Jacket

I Look At Trees From Both Sides
First from one side...
Early sign of spring with
a willow along the
Minnesota River
And then the other.

Sitting Alone
A wondrous combination of lines and then the artificial color contrast of the bench jumped out at me.
From the Bon Secour preserve near Gulf Shores, AL.

Just A Personal Post
Nothing new
Nothing old
Just another day.
Slow days are as nice as busy days.
When you walk among the trees,
You realize how much can happen
When you take the time
To move slowly.
