Sunday was Graduation Day at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. It seems somebody read one of those Co-Ed Naked shirts or something. Here from the Star-Trib:
MOORHEAD, Minn.— As many as 200 students decided to celebrate graduation at Concordia College by skinny dipping in a murky campus pond early today, authorities said.----------------------------------------------------------------
A security officer tried to shoo the students out of the pond but they wouldn't cooperate, Concordia security chief Sherri Arnold said. Some arrests may be made.
Arnold said 10 people were identified because they left their clothes and wallets behind.

Do you remember the Sixties when hairstyles (or lack of them) were often a sign of rebellion and revolution. It appears that Iran is ready to fight that battle. From Yahoo! News came this:
TEHRAN (Reuters Life!) - Iranian police have warned barbers against offering Western-style hair cuts or plucking the eyebrows of their male customers, Iranian media said on Sunday.----------------------------------------------------------------
The report by a reformist daily, later confirmed by an Iranian news agency, appeared to be another sign of the authorities cracking down on clothing and other fashion deemed to be against Islamic values.
"Western hair styles ... have been banned," the newspaper Etemad said in a frontpage headline.
The student news agency ISNA quoted a police statement as saying: "In an official order to barber shops, they have been warned to avoid using Western hair styles and doing men's eyebrows."
Iranian young men have in recent years started paying more attention to the way they look and dress, especially in affluent parts of the capital Tehran. Spiked up hair, by using gel, is known as the Khorusi (Rooster) style and some also use make-up.

Let us not overlook the Ark. No, not the one Indiana Jones went to find, the earlier one, the one with all the fertilizer in the hold. Well, you can go visit it again, (probably without the fertilizer) even if it is only 20% the original size.
SCHAGEN, Netherlands (AP) – The massive central door in the side of Noah's Ark was thrown open Saturday – you could say it was the first time in 4,000 years – drawing a crowd of curious pilgrims and townsfolk to behold the wonder.----------------------------------------------------------------
Of course, it's only a replica of the biblical Ark, built by Dutch creationist Johan Huibers as a testament to his faith in the literal truth of the Bible.

And finally, a cute item. I found this at ABC, the Spanish newspaper.

Yes, it is a cat with two faces. (Spanish headline: El gatito de dos caras.)
The mother is Rosa, an eight year old cat.
