Summer's Last Gasp
I just had to brag about the weather here in good old Minnesota. Yesterday was the first day we had a low temp below 28 degrees F. Which means the official end of the growing season. It was a record setting 229 days! On my front porch it was the first day at 28 or below since March 25! What a great, long fall.

Today it got to a near record 64 degrees F. Aaahhh. Summer.

But it's downhill from here. After all, it is Minnesota and it is November.

It was a wonderful day to work outside and we got the garage all ready for winter. Thought about putting up the Christmas decorations while it was warm, but it didn't quite get on the schedule.

Let's hope the winter is as nice (i.e. not stormy) like the fall has been.
