Headline on the AP last week said more than just news:

SF lawmakers pass Haight smoke shop ban

Yes, lawmakers unanimously passed a law that sets a three-year moratorium on any new head pot-smoking paraphernalia shops in the Haight.
I'm actually surprised it has taken this long.
