Some Pix of Things That Caught My Eyes
Spent a few days in Florida last week and, as usual, I was on the lookout for interesting stuff to take pictures of. Here are two.


First, it isn't often that you see this sign up here in Minnesota. It was along one of those shoreline "rivers"/swampy lands. But this sign was less that fifty feet away from the nearby Gulf Coast beach. No, I didn't see the 'gator.





This one's from Tarpon Springs, a neat "Mediterranean/Greek-style" town known for its sponge gathering. A quick look didn't catch my eye until I pronounced the word. Clever.
